§ Rajat Hariom of VIIIA and Shubham of IX A ,2nd shift won 1st&2nd positions respectively, an essay writing competition conducted by council of scientific and Industrial Research.
§ Mayank of XII std 2nd shift achieved 2nd position and Rajat Hariom 3rd position in the quiz competition organised by council of scientific and Industrial Reasearh.
§ .Nitish Anand of XI A 2nd Shift and Vijay Anand of XII 2nd Shift won certificates of achievement in Think Quest Competition 09.
§ In the Aman Ki Asha programme organized by Times of India in feb’10 on the topic Let Peace Prevail Over Terror 50 Students from 1st Shift & 50 from 2nd shift wrote slogans an white hankerchief . In the competition Lata Joshi of IX A 2nd Shift stood 1st , Deeksha Tiwari of IX C 1st Shift stood 2nd and Nikhil Sharma of VIII A stood 3rd.
§ Kartik Dhuria of IX std 2nd Shift stood 3rd in essay writing competition on the topic Papa don’t Preach organized by Nav Bharat Times . He was awarded with a certificate and cash prize of Rs 2500/-.
§ Lata Joshi of IX A and Disha Debnath of VI C 2nd shift won Gold medal in 6th All India Kendriya Vidyalaya child Art Exhibition held at KV ONGC Rajamundry, Hyderabad in Nov’09.

TEACHER’S EXCELLENCE AWARD
(Lions Club of Delhi felicitated Mrs. Amita Kohli, PGT English, Co-Ordinator of KV Andrews Ganj with the Teacher’s Excellence Award on 12 September 2009at a function in Indian Habitat Centre. The Awards were presented by Shri Arvinder Singh ‘Lovely’, minister of Education and Shri Haroon Yusuf, Minister of Industries to 15 teachers from Delhi Schools for their significant contribution in the field of Education.)

Principal ,Shri. S.S.Rawat was given the KVS Incentive Award for teachers for the session 2008-2009 on 12th December 2008 by the hon'ble minister Shri. Arjun Singh.

Mr. Jagat Singh PGT(Maths) has been awarded with the National award for teachers on 5th September 2008 by the hon'ble President of India

Mrs. M. Rawat, PGT (Physics) KV Andrews Ganj was felicitated by Intel on 5th Sept, 07. The event was hosted by Fusion Club, network of Delhi region at Oberoi hotel, New Delhi. The chief guest of the program was Dr. Craig Barret, Chairman of the Board. Intel Corporation, Chairman, UN GAID. Other dignitaries who graced the occasion were Mr. R. Sivakumar, Managing Director, Intel, Mr. Ashutosh Chadha, Education Manager, Intel. There were about 190 teachers and principals, 25 Preservice teacher Educators, 35 Government school teachers, milestone teachers, ISEF winners and senior officials from the universities and schools across the country.
